The department of Mathematics was established in the year 1947.It is the first ever department of the state that imparts Mathematics Honours and Pass course. Since from introduction, the department is producing plenty of successful and well settled alumni. In the year 2017, CBCS is introduced under MBB University. The department offers Mathematics Major and General course in under graduate level. The intake capacity in Mathematics Major is 60 and it is 100 for Mathematics General course.
