01	A systematic fund management and proper record keeping system namely the Process for Internal Restructuring of System of Accounting (PIRSA) has been designed and implemented by the Department of Higher Education (DHE), Govt. of Tripura w.e.f. 01/01/2020 for the purpose of proper management of Non-Government (NG) Fund of each and every Colleges/ Institutes of the Department. (b) Duties performed as per order of the Joint Secretary to the Government of Tripura vide No.F.1 (141)-DHE/Estt(G)/2017/2020(06) Dated, Agartala, the 10/10/2019. At first PIRSA is implemented in all the General Degree Colleges (GDCs) by the order of the Director Higher Education vide Memo No.F.4(11-4)-DHE/BGT(FIN)/19-20/3557-3579 Dated, Agartala, the 21/12/2019. Up to 31st March, 2021 all the educational institutions and organizations under the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Tripura earned total additional revenue of Rs.59.95 lakhs (Rupees Fifty-nine lakhs ninety-five thousands) from the PIRSA system for the first time after its implementation.
02	For the first time organized Study Tour/ Visit programme for last semester/ year students of the Department of Commerce, Govt. Degree College, Dharmanagar in 1st September, 2015 at Sarashpur Rubber Bagan and Ranibari Tea Estate, Kadamtala, North Tripura. After that year it was organized in 26th February, 2016 at Budhjungnagar Industrial Estate and in 4th May, 2018 at Manu Valley Tea Estate, Kailashahar
